Incorporated in 2011, Prognoz is a private limited company and focuses on providing employability skills and enhancing the soft skills and the technical skills of school dropouts to technical graduates and working professionals, through our meticulously design courses, established skill development processes and competent faculties.
The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified and led by highly qualified and experienced team who is passionate about teaching and mentoring. Our skill development process constitutes of uniquely blended training programs of technical and soft skills which transforms a trainee to become employable and to take real life challenges in industries.

Vikash Swaroopa Director
Vikash is a seasoned IT professional with more than 37 years of experience with Indian and Foreign multinational IT companies. He has Master degree in Engineering and Diploma in Systems Engineering from Japan. He also has many other national and international certifications in different areas of IT. He is extremely passionate about teaching and mentoring people and this passion has culminated into full time training engagement for him. He has travelled extensively across UK, Europe, Japan, China and South East nations. His interests are travelling, cricket and reading. He believes "No training is complete unless validated and results achieved."
G.S. Mohapatra Business Head
A thorough professional with 38+ years of experience in IT industry in various capacities such as Delivery Head, Program & Project Management. He has the distinction of managing deliveries for multiple technology projects, right from presale support to Delivery Management, Billing and Invoicing. He is a Post Graduate in Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur with Diploma in Systems Engineering from Japan. He has travelled extensively across USA, UK, Japan and other South East nations.
Rajnish Kumar Manager - Delhi,NCR
An MBA in Marketing and HR, Rajnish has more than 12 years of experience in sales and marketing operations and heads our sales division for Delhi-NCR. He has distinctive expertise in enhancing the Quantitative and Reasoning aptitudes and also takes the aptitude sessions. He always looks forward to making new friend and is an avid user of social media sites. He firmly believes that hard work always pays, maybe delayed sometimes.

A HR professional with total of 7+ years experience in Placement & Recruitment field in IT and non-IT sectors. Monika heads the Placement & Recruitment department of Prognoz. She holds MBA degree in HR and she is passionate about learning new things related to her profession & accepting new challenges. Her strengths are problem solving skills, interpersonal skills and multitasking. She has excellent convincing skills and able to handle any situation amicably. She loves socializing with people and her other interests include reading, painting and cooking.

Prasad is the Managing Director of Wifin Technologies Pte Ltd- a mobile applications and e-learning company at Singapore with its Development Centre at Chennai, India -that has been angel funded by a Singapore based investment company and has been nominated by NASSCOM as one of the "Showcase Companies for IT Innovation" in India in 2005. He is a B Tech from IIT, Madras and MBA from IIM Bangalore and is presently pursuing his Ph D in Management Studies from the University of Hyderabad.
